When you contact CyberGeeks, we collect your name and email address. You may also provide a phone number, organization name, and a message about the help you are looking for.

The form also sends the page where your inquiry began and a random submission identifier used to prevent duplicate delivery. Our hosting provider may process basic request information, such as an IP address and browser details, to deliver and secure the website.

We use inquiry information to respond, understand what you are asking about, determine whether CyberGeeks may be a good fit, and maintain the security and reliability of the contact process.

We do not sell contact information or use it for third-party advertising. The current website does not use an advertising tracker, analytics service, customer account, or lead database.

Vercel hosts the website and contact endpoint, Resend delivers the notification email, and Microsoft 365 receives and stores the message in the CyberGeeks mailbox. These providers process information only as needed to provide their respective services under their own service terms and privacy practices.

We generally retain an inquiry for up to 12 months after the last business interaction. We may keep it longer when the inquiry becomes part of an active customer relationship, a contract or legal obligation requires it, or a legal hold applies.

Please do not send passwords, financial account details, health information, student records, government identification numbers, incident evidence, or other sensitive records through the public contact form. Contact us first so we can agree on an appropriate way to exchange sensitive information.

This public website and form are intended for business and school decision-makers, not for children or students to submit personal information.

You may ask us to correct or delete information you submitted through the website by emailing hello@cybergeeks.ai. We will respond to reasonable requests subject to applicable contractual, security, and legal obligations.
